Text Box: "My heart is filled with a noble theme as I recite my verses for the King" ~Psalms 41:5 ~~~ "Poets 4 Him" is the brainchild of Nicole Gay, Executive Director of PlayCousins Productions. One night during Bible Study at the Rock DreamCentre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Lord showed Nicole a vision of Christian poetry and poets literally exploding into the atmosphere.  After praying about how to create what she had seen, "Poets 4 Him" became a reality in the form of a series of poetry-based venues that also serve as fundraisers for  the PlayCousins Community Theatre Project. Thus, a significant portion of all proceeds go directly towards funding a comprehensive full-service theatre, production company and Arts/Entertainment institute.  Thus, "Poets 4 Him" is designed to be an elegant, inspirational, and uplifting experience for the audience.  Our events go beyond open mic-type programs; our venues blend poetry and theatre into one harmonious gathering featuring four of the areas most inspirational poets and spoken word artists. Coupled with local and national comedians and singers, "Poets 4 Him" offers an upscale, tasteful and enjoyable entertainment experience. Each event features an exceptional set of performers exploring a unique theme. In "Released into Royalty" the four poets explore the themes of moving from fear to freedom to fire to faith. This is a triumphant show filled with wonderful singing, dance and poetry. You have never seen anything quite like it. Come out and experience fine food, wonderful entertainment and good company.
